How much should I row compared to bench?

I’d say the ratios are 70/100 bench to row right now, I think they should be closer though. I always try to advise people to row as much as possible and to get a 1:1 ratio is great.. a strong back doesn’t hurt at all so being able to row more than you bench is great. Bench meet pr is 300 and I can do 315×5 on rows.
